Chad Robinson is a Principal of the Firm and a member of the Executive Committee. His practice encompasses numerous clients in a variety of industries including commercial, technology, life sciences, entertainment, real estate and not-for-profit.

Formerly with Ernst & Young, Chad is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. Chad provides extensive accounting, tax and management consulting services, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity placement, tax structuring, business start up consulting, valuation and financial modeling. He is currently leading the Firm’s efforts in the Film Tax Credit consulting arena and has worked with many of the major Hollywood studios.
