Kevin P. Martin Sr. is the Firm’s Founding Director and a member of the Executive Committee. He has been intimately involved with some of Boston’s most prestigious commercial, not-for-profit and real estate organizations for over 40 years.

Kevin concentrates his efforts on complex business transactions within the Firm’s tax department. His practice encompasses a variety of industries and he often provides advice relating to deal negotiations and structuring, private placement, tax optimization, the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, strategic dispositions and debt restructurings.
