Describe one of your most rewarding experiences.

The time period in which I was the National President of the AWSCPA, a member of the AICPA on the Women’s Issues and Work Life Executive Committee and in the Leadership Program for my firm. It was our role to show the business reason for work/life balance and to try to use this model to smooth the hills and valleys of the previous busy/slow season model

Marianne Heard is a Director in the tax group and focuses her practice in the tax and business aspects of affordable housing finance and development.

 

Marianne represents owners, developers and syndicators of real estate projects including those utilizing all or a combination of Low-Income Housing, Historic, New Market and Energy Tax credits. She is Chair of the Firm’s Affordable Housing and Real Estate Committee and is a frequent speaker and presenter at industry-sponsored conferences and workshops on a variety of affordable housing issues.
